Terms governing the use of ExamAcers
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to examacers.in and the accounts, question banks, mock tests, results, review tools, packages and related services made available by ExamAcers (“ExamAcers”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a product or using a protected service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase or use a protected service. Nothing in these Terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
1. Our services
ExamAcers provides computer-based and online practice tests for selected examinations. Products may include individual topic, subject, section or mock tests and packages containing multiple tests. Product descriptions, included content, price, tax treatment, validity, selection requirements and availability are shown on the relevant pricing or checkout page.
ExamAcers is an independent practice platform. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for an examination authority, university, government body or admissions organization.
2. Eligibility and learners under 18
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must review and accept these Terms, authorize your use of paid services and supervise payments. The adult completing a purchase confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Accounts and security
You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain only accounts you are authorized to use and keep credentials confidential. An account and its purchased access are personal to the registered learner unless a product expressly states otherwise. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require email, phone, parental or other reasonable verification to protect an account, process a privacy request or investigate suspicious activity.
4. Products, prices and validity
The product description presented at purchase identifies the learner entitlement. Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, coupons and the final amount are presented before payment. Coupons may have eligibility, validity and usage conditions and have no cash value.
Access begins when payment is successfully confirmed or when we otherwise activate the product. Each product remains available for the validity period stated at purchase. Unused attempts ordinarily expire at the end of that period. Purchasing a package does not reserve a seat, register a learner for an official examination or guarantee eligibility for a university programme.
5. Payments, failed transactions and refunds
Payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway, bank or other payment-service provider. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to the transaction. We may receive a transaction reference and status without receiving complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
A debit does not by itself confirm a successful purchase. If payment is debited but access is not activated, contact us with the registered email address and transaction reference so that we can reconcile the payment. Duplicate or confirmed failed transactions will be addressed in accordance with payment-provider records and applicable law.
Cancellation and refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the information displayed for the product at checkout, any separately stated refund policy and applicable consumer law. Before purchasing, review the product, included attempts, selection requirements and validity carefully. A request may be refused where purchased digital test access has been used or where the applicable terms do not provide a refund, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Test administration and results
Test timers, navigation, submission rules, scoring and review access operate according to the configuration stated for that test. Internet interruption, device failure, browser behavior or leaving a test unattended may affect an attempt. Learners should use a supported, updated browser and a stable connection.
Scores, ranks, analytics and explanations on ExamAcers are practice information. They are not official examination results and do not guarantee a particular score, rank, admission decision or academic outcome.
7. Editorial accuracy and corrections
Integrity and transparency are core principles of ExamAcers. We strive to create and maintain question-and-answer records with 99% or higher accuracy through drafting, verification and ongoing review. A large academic question bank may nevertheless contain an error, ambiguity or difference of interpretation.
You may report a suspected issue through our Contact Us page with enough information to identify the test and question. We may review, correct, replace or withdraw a question or explanation. Editorial corrections do not alter an official examination result and do not create a guarantee that every item will be error-free.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The ExamAcers platform and its original questions, answer records, explanations, compilations, software, interface, graphics, branding and documentation are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Examination names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant a registered learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use purchased content for private examination practice during the applicable validity period. This right does not transfer ownership.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- share, sell, rent or transfer an account or permit coordinated use by multiple learners;
- copy, record, photograph, publish, transmit, sell or systematically reproduce protected questions, answers, explanations or test interfaces;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, reverse engineer or use automated systems against the service without written authorization;
- bypass access controls, timers, attempt limits, payment controls or other technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities or interfere with another user;
- use the service for fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment or any unlawful purpose; or
- submit false payment, identity, support or grievance information.
10. Availability and service changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, force majeure, provider outages or legal requirements may cause interruption. We may improve or change features and may update a test when an examination pattern changes. Where a material change adversely affects an active paid entitlement, we will take reasonable steps consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, investigate fraud or security concerns, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us. Serious abuse, account sharing, unlawful extraction or infringement may result in termination, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, transaction, test-performance and technical information. Our Cookie Policy explains browser technologies used to operate the service.
13. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis for practice and educational support. Official rules, syllabi, dates, eligibility and admission requirements can change, and learners must verify final decisions with the responsible examination or admissions authority.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, ExamAcers is not responsible for an indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on unofficial practice results, a learner’s device or connectivity, an independent third-party service or use of the service contrary to these Terms.
14. Third-party services and links
The service may link to official examination sites, universities, payment gateways or other independent services. A link does not make ExamAcers responsible for the third party’s availability, content, security or terms. Review the third party’s policies before providing information or making a payment directly to it.
15. Governing law and grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights available under consumer-protection law and any forum that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes will be subject to the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to send the account email address, transaction or test reference and a clear description through our Contact Us page. We will review the issue through our grievance process.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology or law. The updated Terms and effective date will be published here. Where a material change affects an active paid service, we may provide additional notice. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under a completed purchase or applicable law.
